A Software Architect must have a good understanding of the technologies of
his or her architecture. Further, a Software Architect should have an excellent
overall knowledge of all the technologies that interact with their systems.
Although a Software Architect may call on others to recommend or design
certain technological aspects of any system, he must have sufficient knowledge
to be able to understand the specialist, and act correctly on their
recommendation.
